Pillsbury Crescent Rolls: 1 tube |
chicken breasts: 8 oz (I use shredded mexican crockpot chicken) |
cheddar cheese (shredded): 1/2 cup |
black beans: 1/2 cup |
canned yellow sweet corn: 1/2 cup |
black beans, corn, and chicken rolled in crescent rolls to form "pockets"
Mix black beans, corn, and chicken together. Unroll each crescent into a triangle and place a spoonful of mix into center of crescent. fold edges over and crease to make a pocket. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 12-20 mins until crust is brown.
