| pecans: 1/4 cup (chopped and toasted) |
| canned maraschino cherries: 4 Tbl (chopped) |
| rum extract: 1 tsp |
| vanilla extract: 1 tsp |
| light whipping cream (whipped): 8 tsp |
| canned maraschino cherries: 8 |
