Combine margarine, cream cheese and sugar, mixing until well blended. Add flour; mix well. Shape level teapoonfuls of dough into balls; place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400, 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
