Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray baking dish with cooking spray, and place chicken in a single layer. Spoon salsa evenly over the chicken.

Sprinkle parm evenly over salsa.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes; remove foil & cook an additional 10 minutes.
