- In bread machine, place milk, ricotta cheese, margarine, egg, sugar, salt, bread flour and yeast (use separate yeast compartment if your machine has one).
- Close lid.
- Push start button.
- After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cooling rack and allow to cool 1 hour.
