| water: 1 cup (boiling) |
| unflavored gelatin: 1/2 Tbl |
| Jell-O gelatin (lime): 1 3oz package |
| regular mayonnaise: 1 cup |
| cottage cheese: 1 cup |
| horseradish sauce: 2 tsp |
| crushed pineapple: 1 20oz can (drained) |
| pecans (chopped): 1 cup |
| salt: 1 dash |

- In a medium bowl, stir together the boiling water, unflavored gelatin, and lime flavored gelatin until gelatin is dissolved. Set aside to cool until slightly thick.
- Using an electric mixer, beat in the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and horseradish until foamy. Fold in the pineapple, pecans and salt. Pour into a gelatin mold, and refrigerate until set.
