| canned pineapple chunks: 3 15oz cans |
| cheddar cheese (shredded): 2 1/2 cups |
| pineapple juice: 8 Tbl |
| all-purpose flour (unsifted): 8 Tbl |
| granulated sugar: 1 cup |
| buttery round crackers: 30 crackers (crushed) |
| salted butter: 1/2 cup (sliced) |

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl combine pineapple chunks, cheese, pineapple juice, flour and sugar. Spoon into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and butter slices.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
