| powdered sugar (unsifted): 1 cup |
| frozen whipped topping: 9 oz |
| vanilla pudding: 6 oz |
| chocolate pudding dry mix: 6 oz |

- Cream butter.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Add nuts (optional).
- Press mixture into bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
- Fold in 1 cup cool whip.
- Spread mixture onto cooled crust in 13x9 baking pan.
- Prepare puddings, separately, according to box directions.
- Spread vanilla pudding over cream cheese mixture.
- Spread chocolate pudding over vanilla pudding.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip over chocolate pudding.
- Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
- Chill and serve.
