| yellow cake mix: 18.25 oz (may substitute chocolate cake mix) |
| chocolate pudding dry mix: 3.9 oz (sm box) |
| eggs: 2 |
| vegetable oil: 1 cup |
| regular coffee: 3/4 cup (espresso or strong coffee) |
| vodka: 1/4 cup (rum or other hard liquor is ok) |
| Kahlua: 1/4 cup (Baileys or SBUX liquor is ok) |

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare and bundt pan by spraying with Pam non stick spray.
- Mix all ingredients by hand or in a mixer.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick tester comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 mins then turn out onto a rack to cool.
- Slice into 12 servings (or less).
- Note: top with your favorite frosting if desired.
