oranges: 2 (or canned mandarin oranges or pineapple) |
sour cream: 1/4 cup |
regular mayonnaise: 1/4 cup |
canned white tuna: 14 oz (two 7 oz cans) |
celery (chopped): 1 cup (or water chestnuts or jicama) |
almonds (slivered): 1/4 cup (toasted) |
grapes: 1 cup (seedless, cut in half) |

If using fresh orange, grate 1 teasp. of peel and combine with mayo & sour cream, and salt & pepper. Then peel the oranges and cut into sections. Mix tuna with the dressing and celery (jicama or water chestnuts) and chill.
To serve, line plates with lettuce leaves. Mound tuna mixture in center, sprinkle with almonds. Arrange orange sections and grapes around tuna.
