| light brown sugar (packed): 1 cup |
| salted butter: 1 cup (sweet butter or margarine) |
| semisweet chocolate chips (chips): 2 cups (12 oz) |
| walnuts (chopped): 1 cup |

Line a 15"X10" jelly roll pan with foil. Lightly grease the foil. Line the pan with one layer of matzos to fit.
Slightly boil together the brown sugar and butter. Pour over the matzos.
Bake at 335 degrees for 8 minutes.
While hot, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Then sprinkle with walnuts.
When cool, break or cut into pieces.
(Be sure to use correct pan.)
