| heavy whipping cream (fluid): 2 cups (chilled) |
| unsweetened cocoa powder (sifted): 1/2 cup |

| Symphony milk chocolate bar: 1 (3 oz shaved - optional) |

Mix cake mix, eggs, liqueur, oil, and sour cream at low speed, then 2 minutes at high speed:Grease and flour 9X13 inch pan and pour in cake mixtureBake at 350' for 40 - 45 minutes (or until cake tests done).Cool. Spread jam on top of cake.
Frosting:Beat sugar, cream, cocoa, and vanilla in a chilled bowl until stiff. Frost cake.Optional: Fold 3 oz grated milk chocolate into whip cream before frosting the cake.
