Cream butter and sugars together. Add eggs and oil. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Mix until dough forms. Refrigerate until cool.

Roll a teaspoon of dough into a ball and drop into sugar, roll to cover. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and press down with a small glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
