Stir together Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt and Milk.

Cook over medium heat for roughly 8 minutes.

Remove from heat and immediately stir in Vanilla.

Add Walnuts, stirring to coat.

Spread on wax paper covered cookie sheet and separate with a fork.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until toasted.

Let cool.
