| cornstarch: 3 Tbl |
| red wine vinegar: 2 tsp |
| sherry (wine): 1 Tbl |

| chicken stock: 1 cup |

Dice up the pork. Marinate in 2 TB regular soy sauce for 1/2 hour.
Whisk together the cornstarch, red wine vinegar, dry sherry, dark soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and sugar.
Cook pork and ginger until no longer pink.
Add stock and chilies, cook 3 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixture, cook until thickened, about 30 seconds.
Add peanuts, top with green onions. Serve your delicious spicy pork with peanuts.
