Boil water, coffee and sugar.

Just as it boils, turn down heat to medium low. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. After two hours, you should have a syrup that coats the back of your spoon.

Allow to cool. Add vanilla and vodka.

Store in a cool dry place. This will keep for at least 3 months!
