Salsa.

3 Large Tomatoes.

1 jalapeno pepper.

salt and pepper to taste.

1 medium red onion.

2 Tbs lemon juice.

Dice tomatoes, onion and jalapeno. Mix together and add lemon juice. Keep refrigerated.

Guacamole
-
3 Avocados.

2 Tbs sour cream.

Salt & pepper to taste.

2 Tbs lemon juice.

3 Tbs Salsa.

Mash all avocados, mix in sour cream, lemon juice and salsa. Keep refrigerated, Stir before serving.
