Pour all sauce (both bottles) into a heavy pot or Dutch oven. Start heating the sauce over med-low heat.

Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in a sauté pan (medium heat) then sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley over. Cook the meat--chop up the meat as much as you can while cooking it- until cooked through. Then add the meat to the sauce.

Heat 1 Tbsp of olive oil in the same pan and sauté the garlic until cooked and slightly brown --don’t overcook. Then pour the garlic into the sauce.

Heat the remaining 1 Tbsp of olive oil into the same pan and sauté the onions until soft and light brown. Then add the onions to the sauce.

Pour the red wine into the sauce.

Simmer partially covered for 1 hour (mixing often) over low heat.

Serve over your favorite pasta - cooked al denté -- sprinkle with grated parmesan.
