| eggs: 3 (whites) |
| chocolate sandwich cookies: 1 1/2 cups (crushed) |
| vanilla frosting: 1 lb |
| chocolate sandwich cookies: 1/2 cup (crushed) |

- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites until smooth.
- Gently stir in crushed cookies.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
- Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
- Mix frosting ingredients and spread over cake. (I also crushed Oreos over the top of the frosted cake for extra Oreo flavor).
