- Cook brown rice as directed and mix in tomatoes and peppers.
- Add rice mixture to chicken and cook on low for 5 minutes.
- Spread a tablespoon of sour cream on each tortilla.
- Spoon 2/3 cup rice and chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap up tortilla into a burrito.
