Broiled Salmon:
- Preheat oven broiler.
- Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil.
- Spray cooking spray over the foil.
- Place salmon fillets on tin foil and season with Mrs. Dash.
- Place on broiler pan and cook 7 minutes.
- Take salmon out of the oven and wrap it in the tin foil. Place it in the oven for another 7 minutes, or until done.
Quinoa
- Follow package instructions
3 Pepper Stir Fry
- Heat olive oil in largem non-stick skillet.
- Add vegetables.
- Cook over medium heat until vegetables are crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season with Mrs. Dash, to taste.
