| Jell-O gelatin (lime): 1 3oz package |
| water: 1 1/2 cups (boiling) |
| lemon juice: 1 Tbl |
| canned maraschino cherries (optional) |
| salt: 1 tsp |
| black pepper: 1 dash |
| cottage cheese: 1 cup |
| regular mayonnaise: 1/2 cup |
| walnuts (chopped): 1/2 cup |

- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Chill until slightly thickenend.
- Beat until thick.
- Combine cottage cheese, mayo and walnuts in another bowl and fold into whipped gelatin.
- Pour into mold and chill until set.
- Garnish with cherries if desired.
