Cut carrots in half lengthwise.

add water and salt in a saucepan.

Add carrots, cover pan, and cook until tender.

In separate frying pan, add butter, sugar, and das of salt. (will turn into a syrup).

Slide in carrots and turn few times. Let cook about 5 minutes.
