| cream cheese: 5 8oz packages (softened) |
| granulated sugar: 1 cup |
| eggs: 5 |
| light whipping cream (fluid): 1 cup |
| vanilla extract: 2 tsp |
| lemon peel: 1 tsp |
| orange peel: 2 Tbl (grated) |
| lemon juice: 2 Tbl |
| orange juice: 3 Tbl |

- Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Blend in whipping cream, vanilla, peels and juices until smooth.
- Turn into greased 9" springform pan and set in a larger pan filled with water 1" water and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 and bake 20 minutes longer or until cake is set.
- Cool in springform pan then remove sides of pan.
- Chill, or serve at room temperature.
