- Cut potatoes into fourths and put on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet -- spray with additional Pam and lightly salt -- bake in a 400 degree oven for about an hour -- until dark brown -- let cool -- mix with green onions, bacon, and mayonaise -- Refrigerate until cold -- additional mayonaise may be added along with salt and pepper.
