Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Chill.
- Add more flour if necessary.
- Roll out and cut with animal cutters.
- Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
- FROSTING FOR HOT COOKIES:.
- 2 egg whites beaten, add 3/4 lb. powdered sugar and coat while cookies are hot. If frosting has enough sugar in it, it will bake hard on cookies so frost only 3 cookies at a time and decorate kepping rest of cookies hot.
