| frozen sweet yellow corn kernels: 10 oz |
| sour cream: 1 cup |
| creamed cottage cheese (small curd): 1 cup |
| Bisquick: 1/2 cup |
| salted butter: 1/4 cup (melted) |
| cheddar cheese (shredded): 1 cup (optional) |
| eggs: 2 |

doesn't need a crust
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9" pie plate.
Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, baking mix, butter and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high 1 minute with hand beater. Stir in corn.
Put (optional) cheese in pie plate. Then pour egg mixture into plate.
Bake about 30 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes and serve.
Note: You may substitute chopped spinach or brocoli.
