Hershey Bar Mousse

Ingredients
- sweet chocolate: 17 oz (Hershey Bars with Almonds)
- marshmallows: 28 marshmallows
- whole milk: 1 cup
- heavy whipping cream (fluid): 1 pt
- 9" pie shells: 1 shell (chocolate crumb in spring form pan)
Hershey Bar Mousse
same as Hershey Bar Pie, but you double the recipe!

Melt the chocolate, milk, and marshmallows over very low heat. Cool completely. Whip the cream and fold into chocolate mixture.
Pour into a baked chocolate crumb crust in a spring form pan. (If you use a graham cracker crumb crust this dessert will remind you of s'mores!)
Refrigerate several hours at least - overnight is best.
