| red tomatoes: 8 |
| canned green chili peppers: 4 oz (diced) |
| onions: 1 (bunch, green onions) |
| salad dressing - italian: 1/2 cup (Newman's Own Olive Oil & Vinegar) |
serve with tortilla strips
Additional Ingredients: 2.25 oz can chopped black olives 1 bunch cilantro Jack cheese (about 1 cup shredded)
Use food processor to chop the tomatoes, then the onions and cilantro. Put in bowl and add grated Jack cheese (whatever amount you like), chiles, olives and about 1/2 cup Italian dressing.
Chill and serve with tortilla chips and/or large Fritos.
