| water: 5 cups |
| cinnamon stick: 1/2 |
| vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp |
| caster sugar (superfine): 100 g |
| sweetened condensed milk: 1/2 cup |

1) In a small bowl, soak the rice, 250ml water and cinnamon for 30 mins. Add to blender and liquefy for 3 mins. In a large container, mix the blended rice, 1.25L water, vanilla, sugar, and condensed milk.
2) Stir and serve over ice.
