| chorizo - pork and beef: 50 g |
| vegetable oil: 1 tsp |
| whole cloves: 1 oz |
| onions - red: 1 onion |
| paprika: 2 tsp |
| frozen yogurt: 4 tsp |
Preheat oven to 160°C/325°F/gas 3 Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the pork and sausage 3-4 mins until browned.
Add the garlic and onion and cook for a further 3-4 mins.
Add the tomatoes and paprika, transfer to an oven-proof dish and cook in the oven for 1-11/2 hrs until pork is tender.
Stir through the yogurt and serve sprinkled with the parsley and a dusting of paprika.
